1. Who handles your data
Your data is handled by Gorsector OÜ, the company behind DIRTKILLER (registry code 17374791). Contact: cleangor24@gmail.com, telephone +372 5681 2160.
2. Data we collect
When you submit a request or use live chat, we may collect your name, telephone number, email address (if provided), property location and description, service details, messages and uploaded photos. We may also process IP addresses, browser information and visit times to operate and protect the website.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry data to respond, prepare quotations and provide services (GDPR Article 6(1)(b): pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract). We process technical data for website security and abuse prevention (legitimate interests, Article 6(1)(f)). We retain accounting information to comply with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)). Optional advertising and measurement cookies require consent where applicable (Article 6(1)(a)).
4. Providers and cookies
Hosting and email services are used to handle enquiries, which can be accessed by authorised persons dealing with your request. The website also uses Google reCAPTCHA to prevent spam, Google Ads and Meta Pixel to measure advertising performance, and Google Fonts to load typefaces. These providers may receive technical data and use cookies or similar identifiers. Essential cookies support website operation; non-essential advertising and measurement technologies require prior consent where legally required. Advertising tools load only after you consent. Your choice is saved on your device for up to 180 days. You can change or withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.
Visit attribution and session analytics
When you submit an enquiry, the administrator email may show a broad source category (for example Google, Meta or Unknown) derived from the current link parameters or referring site, without saving click identifiers, placing cookies or monitoring page visits. An unverified visit is not labelled a paid ad. With advertising consent, an enquiry email may include UTM parameters, Google Ads or Meta click identifiers, and the referring website domain. With analytics consent, an enquiry email may also include visit duration, visible-tab time, page count and path, device/browser category and a random session ID. Microsoft Clarity can record masked sessions with analytics consent once a Clarity project is activated; form fields are masked. These details are sent to authorised administrators in the enquiry email. Consent is optional and never required to submit a service enquiry; we do not collect these optional measurements before consent.
5. Retention and transfers
We keep enquiries and chat messages only as long as necessary to handle requests, deliver services and protect legitimate legal claims. Contractual and accounting records are kept for statutory retention periods. Data may be disclosed to hosting, email and technology providers. Google and Meta services may involve transfers outside the European Economic Area subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, data portability or object to processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent for processing based on consent. Contact cleangor24@gmail.com. You also have the right to complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI).
7. Changes
If our processing practices change, we will publish the updated notice on this page.
